Tuole brand oval aluminum rod can be installed with T-shaped bolts because of the T-shaped groove at the top. At this time, the fixture base is generally installed on the outside of the top basket bottom plate (scheme 1), which is more convenient to operate. The square nut has a hollow square groove on the inside and outside of each outer bottom plate (narrow), and there are four such square grooves on the bottom of the whole basket. The two screens of the square groove are notched, and the square nut can be pushed into the groove. ***4 fixture bases, each fixture base needs 2 square nuts, which are installed in the narrow bottom plate according to the installation scheme. ***6 luggage shackles, each luggage shackle needs 1 square nuts, all of which are installed outside the narrow bottom plate. The distribution of square nuts in the four square grooves is 3-4-4-3. Install the fixture base. Fix the fixture base to the bottom plate with two hexagon socket head bolts of10 mm. Be careful not to tighten it at this step. The fixture base should be able to move left and right to adjust the position. Install the luggage shackle. Screw six luggage shackles onto the square nuts in the grooves on both sides of the bottom plate with six triangular bolts (three on one side) and tighten them directly. The position of the luggage shackle can also be adjusted at any time in future use. Install the roof hanging basket on the roof, carefully adjust the position of the hanging basket, so that the axis of the hanging basket is consistent with the car body, and the load should be evenly distributed in the front and rear positions. Slide the fixture base so that it falls on the axis of the rail of the luggage rack, and then tighten the hexagon socket head bolt (8N·m) to fix the roof basket and fix it on the luggage rack. U-bolts and triangular nuts can be used on the luggage rack with square bars, and U-bolts and triangular nuts can also be used on the luggage rack with oval aluminum bars as mentioned above, but it is more convenient to install the lock core with T-bolts and triangular nuts. There are two real lock cores and two fake lock cores in the product package, which are respectively installed on four fixture base protectors. The main reason for adopting these two kinds of fake lock cores is to reduce the cost. If necessary, you can also buy two real lock cores and put on protective sleeves. First, buckle the end of the protective cover without lock head on the fixture base, and then push the end with lock head down slightly, so that it can be easily locked, and it is advisable that the protective cover cannot be taken off after locking.
