There are internal drive and external drive in psychology. At first, the children played because of the internal drive and had a good time. Later, influenced by the external drive of the grandfather, the internal drive was offset, and finally the external drive disappeared and the behavior disappeared.

Ausubel believes that achievement motivation in school situations should include at least three internal driving forces, namely, cognitive internal driving force, self-improvement internal driving force and affiliated internal driving force.

1. The internal driving force of cognition is the interest in learning itself, and the purpose of learning is to satisfy one's thirst for knowledge, curiosity and pursuit of truth. This interest in learning itself is also the most important, stable and lasting learning motivation.

2. Self-improvement is an external learning motivation, which shows that it is not interested in learning itself. Learning is only a means to pursue status, honor or satisfy self-esteem in the school situation through learning.

3. Accessory internal drive is also an external learning motivation, which shows that it is not interested in learning itself. Learning is just a means to gain the recognition or recognition of parents and teachers through learning.

Through the internal driving force, what is important, stable and lasting is curiosity, thirst for knowledge and pursuit of truth, which is internal and fundamental. Status, honor and recognition of others are external.

Internal cause is greater than external cause, and internal drive is very important, but how to generate internal force? It is the understanding of personal daily experience. I feel more motivated.

Second, the cognitive learning of problem solvers.

The present era is the best and the worst. Internet information overload has both advantages and disadvantages.

The good thing is that we won't be ignorant because the information is blocked. The bad thing is that it needs to be screened, and it will take a detour or even go astray because of the wrong choice.

Like material things (food, books), people have no right to choose when they are scarce. Too much money, taken at will, may lead to the god of wealth's illness.

Know what nutrition and health are. It needs theoretical guidance, such as a balanced diet and a balanced diet. This is the requirement of self-control and self-discipline.

There are many theories and models about human learning in the field of psychology, mainly focusing on simple stimulus-response relationship (behavioral theory) and complex problem solver (cognitive theory).

Behavioral learning theory holds that learning is the result of reaction to external things, which does not pay attention to internal thinking and emphasizes the aspects that behavior can be observed.

Cognitive learning theory emphasizes the process of internal psychological activities and regards people as problem solvers ~ actively use the information in the surrounding environment to solve the problems encountered. Innovation and inspiration play an important role in the learning process.

Personally, I think reading and thinking is the most effective way to improve cognition.

Third, raise awareness.

Many times, it is how to look for theory as a guide. What is appropriate in the face of immediate problems?

The answer is not unique. Just like diseases, symptoms, causes and roots need to be explored. Sometimes I use folk remedies to treat stubborn diseases, and sometimes it doesn't work. In the final analysis, I still don't understand the deep mechanism.
