Experience; There are many experiences in a person's life, and they must be accompanied by emotions when they come. The two are inseparable. No emotions, but also emotions. You may be surprised, but it doesn't matter, you will understand.

What we have experienced makes us feel real and realistic, and leaves a deep impression on our brain memory, which makes us recall the life course we have experienced at any time, and therefore has a hunch about the future.

Wisdom: When it comes to wisdom, everyone has a different understanding, because wisdom contains too many things. What we hear most is that static energy produces wisdom, and this wisdom is wisdom.

Wisdom (in a narrow sense) is the advanced comprehensive ability of higher organisms based on nervous organs (material basis), including perception, knowledge, memory, understanding, association, emotion, logic, discrimination, calculation, analysis, judgment, culture, moderation, tolerance, decision-making and other abilities. Wisdom enables people to deeply understand people, things, things, society, universe, present situation, past and future, and has the ability to think, analyze and explore the truth. Different from intelligence, intelligence represents the ultimate function of intellectual organs, similar to metaphysical way of speaking, and intelligence is a metaphysical device of speaking. Wisdom enables us to make decisions leading to success. A wise man is called a wise man. Artificial intelligence is an extremely difficult ultimate goal of robots.

I am responsible for life: a person will experience many things in his life, and these experiences are accompanied by experiences. Our most common sub-health, such as irregular diet, irregular work and rest, smoking and drinking and staying up late, are all known to be bad for our health, but many of us will still do so. Smoking and drinking is also an experience.

Although it is a bad experience, it will cause a lot of bad physical effects, which will indirectly lead to the decline of our life experience, shorten the length of life and reduce the quality of life, just as the saying goes; Parents with physical problems, how can they spoil their bodies like this!

Many times we have to stay up late for work and life. Eating is sometimes irregular, and sleep will be affected. Once or twice once in a while is fine. More times, our health will gradually become worse and worse. As far as sleep is concerned, we need 100 days of normal sleep to make up for the physical vitality damaged by staying up late.

Then at this time, we will restore the body to normal level through conditioning, exercise, health care and cleaning food.

Moreover, I have studied a little Chinese medicine and have some experience in conditioning my body. After consulting various methods, I chose pure food.

Pure food is a natural way to maintain health and regulate the body. Taoism, Chinese medicine and naturopathy are all recommended by China people, so I chose them naturally.

From the first day of fasting, I felt slightly hungry. On the third and fourth days of fasting, I was particularly hungry and wanted to eat, especially when I saw others eating. The feeling of hunger is more obvious. The smell of food wafts into my nostrils with the wind, which makes my body feel particularly hungry.

On the fifth day, although the hunger is not obvious, it is another kind of feeling, which is even worse. How to describe it? It's like a desire, a desire to eat, which is completely different from the appetite for food when you see delicious food at ordinary times. It's an empty stomach. I want to stuff something into my stomach to fill my empty stomach.

This feeling is really hard. If it is only a temporary good thing, we can overcome the past in some ways, but if it lasts for a few hours to a day, it is really a torment. This kind of suffering is accompanied by all aspects of life, from daily work to sleep, all the time, and there is no good way to overcome it. Mindfulness and meditation are not very good. This sincerity needs willpower to overcome.

But without food and energy supplement, people's willpower is so weak that they are still suffering when writing this paragraph. However, when their thoughts and attention shift to other places, this distress will be temporarily forgotten, but soon their attention will be forcibly pulled back by this desire to fill their stomachs on an empty stomach.

Fortunately, I finally got through it. On the sixth day, I didn't feel hungry.

This slight hunger from missing a meal, to a little hypoglycemia from not eating for three days, and then to the desire to fill your stomach with food on the fifth day, has completely mastered the wonderful feeling of the body after these experiences, and it is really comfortable.

Moreover, I am proud that I have experienced this journey without supervision and companionship, and I have done it entirely by myself. (To be continued)
