Registration conditions (1) Age requirements for contestants
Participants must hold their ID cards (passports, military officers' cards) and other valid documents to register according to the age requirements of the following items. The specific age requirements are as follows:

Participants who register for the half marathon must upload the physical examination certificate of medical institutions at or above the county level within one year (see the physical examination template of the first half marathon in Longwan, 202 1) or the experience of completing the half marathon and above after 10, 20 19 (offline completion certificate is required, and online completion certificate is invalid), and either of the two certificates needs to be reviewed.
Those with the following physical conditions are not suitable to participate in the competition:
1, patients with congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease;
2. Patients with hypertension and cerebrovascular diseases;
3. Patients with myocarditis and other heart diseases;
4. Patients with coronary heart disease and severe arrhythmia;
5. Diabetic patients with hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia;

2. Registration requirements
1. You must fill in your personal information truthfully and carefully select the registration items. Half marathon must submit a certificate of achievement or health. Once any false report is found, the qualification will be cancelled.
2. To apply for a half marathon, you must upload a health certificate within one year (see Longwan 202 1 the first half marathon physical examination template for details), or finish the half marathon and above after 201910/(offline completion certificate is required, and online certificate is invalid), and you can only participate if either of them passes.
Physical examination certificate requirements: physical examination contents after April 2020 1 1, with self-reported medical history and family history of sudden death; The results of blood pressure, heart rate and electrocardiogram examination shall be submitted to hospitals at or above the county level. Those who fail to pass the medical examination report will be disqualified and the registration fee will be refunded.
3. Other related matters
(1) The organizing committee has the right to decide whether or not to accept the registration according to the contestants' registration. After successful registration, the registration items and entry information cannot be changed; If the applicant abandons the competition for personal reasons, the registration fee will not be refunded.
(2) Eligible contestants are not allowed to transfer, only for their own use. Once the transferor is found, his qualification will be cancelled, and he will be banned from Longwan Half Marathon and reported to Zhejiang Marathon and Road Running Association.
Competition method (1) Follow the latest rules of track and field competition approved by China Athletics Association.
(2) Competition sign-in: Sign-in in the designated area within the specified sign-in time. Due to the need of epidemic prevention and control, check the body temperature and health code.
(3) Starting sequence: half marathon and happy running sub-station, with a distance of 30 meters.
(4) Half marathon is timed by chip.
1, the induction timing chip will start timing when the player passes the starting point, providing a gunshot score and a net timing score.
2. There are timing carpets at the starting point, every 5 kilometers, the turning-back point and the end of the half marathon. Runners must cross all the ground timing carpets during running. If you finish the game within the closing time and don't score at any time, the score is invalid and the ranking is not counted. Except the starting point, the score error of two chips between the contestants at every 5 km time point is less than 0. 1 second, and the scores of the relevant people will also be cancelled.
3. The timing chip will be distributed together with the numbered cloth at the collection site of the entries. This competition uses disposable timing chips, and no chip deposit is charged without recycling.
(5) Closing distance and time
In order to ensure the safety of the contestants, social traffic is closed for a limited time. Each section of the competition route has a special competition deadline. When it is closed, the timing carpet at the corresponding kilometer stops working, and the corresponding road section resumes social traffic. Within the specified closing time, competitors who have not completed the corresponding distance must immediately stop the race and quit the track to avoid danger. Players who quit the competition can take the shelter car along the way to the finish line, or choose to leave by public transport.

(6) Get clothes
Contestants (Happy Runners don't provide bag pick-up service) store their bags by number in the designated area at the starting point. When you arrive at the finish line, please go to the corresponding numbered area to get the bag. The organizing committee advised the contestants not to store valuables (such as mobile phones, valid certificates, cash, keys, credit cards, etc.). ) It's in their bag. If there is any damage or loss, all the consequences will be borne by the contestants themselves.
On the day of the competition, the starting package storage service will end 15 minutes before shooting. Please arrange the time. The contestants will collect their personal storage bags at the designated area of the finish line before 12:00 on the day of the competition. If you haven't collected it after the collection time, you can collect it at the organizing Committee within one week after the game. If it is not collected within one week, the organizing Committee will treat it as unclaimed.

(9) After the half marathon, the athletes log on to the official website of the first half marathon in Longwan for results inquiry and certificate download. Athletes who finish the happy race will get commemorative certificates at the finish line.

Activity reward 1. Comprehensive ranking award
Half Marathon 1 Prizes will be awarded to the 20th male and female runners (currency: RMB, see the table below), and a trophy will be awarded to the top three male and female runners.
2. Longwan Player Ranking Award
Longwan nationality (refers to the contestant whose ID number is Longwan District, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province or whose ID address is Longwan District, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province) 15 men and women in the half marathon (currency: RMB, see the table below). Longwan contestants should check the corresponding options when registering and submit electronic identity to the Organizing Committee within 2 days after the competition.
(3) There is no bonus for happy running.
(4) The top three men and women in the half marathon are admitted according to the results of gunshots, and the four to twenty are admitted according to the net timing results; Longwan half marathon runners are admitted according to the net timing score.
(5) Individuals who have won both the "Overall Ranking Award" and the "Longwan Player Ranking Award" in the half marathon will only pay the highest prize, and the ranking will remain unchanged;
(6) The above prizes are individual competitions, and all prizes are subject to 20% personal income tax, which will be collected and remitted by the organizing committee.
(7) The results of all the winning athletes will be publicized in official website 10 day. If you have any objection to the performance of the winning athletes during the publicity period, please provide real and effective evidence and send it to the mailbox of the organizing Committee. Anyone who is reported to have violated the rules and regulations will be disqualified after investigation and evidence collection to confirm the facts, and the cancelled ranking will not be awarded extra points.
Penalties for Violators The Organizing Committee will conduct video surveillance on the starting point, the whole process and the end point. In case of any of the following problems during the competition, the Organizing Committee will give the contestants penalties such as disqualification or results of the first half marathon in Longwan, suspension for 1-2 years, and life-long suspension, depending on the seriousness:
