What kind of tea can regular smokers drink to clear their lungs?
I recommend three kinds of tea that I often drink.

The first kind, Yuzhu rock sugar tea, has the effects of nourishing yin and promoting fluid production, benefiting lung and moistening throat. The brewing method is also simple. Take Polygonatum odoratum 15g, add appropriate amount of crystal sugar, add appropriate amount of boiling water, then cover it, soak it for about 15min, and then stir it evenly with chopsticks. Polygonatum odoratum has the effects of nourishing yin and moistening dryness, clearing away heat and promoting fluid production, and relieving cough. Used as a tonic medicine, it is mainly used to treat diseases such as fever and yin injury, deficiency-heat and dry cough, heart disease, diabetes, tuberculosis, etc.

The second kind, Adenophora adenophora red date tea, also known as Adenophora adenophora, Adenophora adenophora, belongs to Adenophora of Campanulaceae. Take root when taking medicine. Generally, the aerial parts and fibrous roots are scraped off in autumn, rough skin is scraped off, and then dried. Adenophora adenophora has the effects of nourishing yin, clearing away heat, relieving cough and moistening lung. The main symptoms are tracheitis, whooping cough, expectoration and lung heat. It is better for people who smoke all the year round. When making tea, use Radix Adenophorae 15g and 5 red dates, then add boiling water, cover and soak for15min.

The third type, honey grapefruit tea, is more common. Vitamin C in grapefruit can improve immunity, clear away heat and remove fire, and honey can tonify middle temperature, moisten lung and tonify deficiency. The method is also simple. Wash grapefruit with salt water, soak it in warm water for 5 minutes, peel it off and cut it into filaments. Then peel off the flesh, skin and seeds, and mash them into paste. Then put the grapefruit peel and paste into the pot, add a bowl of water and rock sugar, and simmer for half an hour until it thickens. Then, collect the juice with high fire, turn off the fire, let it cool, add honey when it is warm, stir it evenly, and then put it in a container for sealing. You can eat it in about 10 days.

I found this on the internet myself, I don't know. Anyway, these are the three kinds of tea I am drinking now.
