Clinical application: it is mainly used to treat spleen and stomach qi deficiency, wind-cold-dampness arthralgia, dyspepsia and other diseases.
1. Diarrhea due to spleen deficiency: such as chronic dyspepsia and chronic nonspecific colitis, mixed with Radix Aucklandiae, Fructus Amomi and Fructus Aurantii Immaturus.
2. Spleen edema: such as renal edema, nutritional edema, pregnancy edema, etc. This product is combined with diuretics and dampness-eliminating drugs.
3. Spontaneous sweating due to spleen deficiency: Especially for children with anorexia and weakness of spontaneous sweating after illness, it can be combined with yam, glutinous rice root and Euryale ferox.
Note: Yin deficiency and dampness, qi stagnation and abdominal distension should not be taken.
2 Yam Jianpi Buxu Yam is sweet, warm, and enters the lung, spleen and kidney meridians. It contains saponins, mucus, choline, starch, glycoprotein, free amino acids, isoproterenol, polyphenol oxidase and vitamin C.
Pharmacological effects: invigorating spleen and tonifying deficiency, benefiting essence and strengthening kidney, treating various deficiency and damage, and treating five strains and seven injuries.
Clinical application: It is mainly used as a tonic and strong medicine.
1. Spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome: If the diet is reduced, the body is weak and tired, Atractylodes macrocephala, Lotus seeds, Codonopsis pilosula, etc. ; If you have nocturnal emission, night sweats, etc. Mixing with Radix Rehmanniae Preparata and Corni Fructus.
2. Diarrhea due to spleen deficiency: If the stool is as thin as water and contains indigestible food, you can reuse yam, 60 grams a day, and take it instead of tea.
Note: it is forbidden for those with excessive pathogenic factors (such as inflammation and diarrhea).
3 Hawthorn spleen and stomach Hawthorn enters the spleen, stomach and liver meridians. Hawthorn fruit contains tartaric acid, citric acid, maslinic acid, flavonoids, lactones, sugars and glycosides.
Pharmacological effects: invigorating spleen and stomach, resolving food stagnation, removing blood stasis and expelling worms.
Clinical application:
1. Dyspepsia: It is especially suitable for eliminating greasy food and dyspepsia, and is effective for dyspepsia and anorexia in children with breast injury. Often used with yam, green tangerine peel, medicated leaven and bamboo shavings.
2. Acute bacillary dysentery or chronic colitis: It has anti-dysentery bacteria, astringent and antidiarrheal effects, and is often accompanied by stewed cardamom, fried lentils and stewed woody plants.
Note: Hawthorn should be used with caution for patients with hyperacidity, acid regurgitation and gastric ulcer.
4 Dangshen Jianpi Yangwei Dangshen is sweet, flat in nature, full of Taiyin meridian, containing saponins, trace alkaloids, sucrose, glucose, inulin, starch, mucus and resin.
Pharmacological effects: invigorating spleen and regulating stomach, moistening lung and promoting fluid production, invigorating middle qi, strengthening temper but not dryness, nourishing stomach yin but not greasy, moistening lung but not cold, nourishing blood but not greasy.
Clinical application: Treating spleen and stomach weakness, deficiency of both qi and blood, and mental fatigue.
1. Weakness caused by various reasons: especially spleen and stomach weakness, low digestion and absorption function, discomfort of middle qi, spontaneous sweating, etc., compatible with Atractylodes macrocephala, Poria, Dioscorea opposita and Lotus seeds.
2. Iron deficiency and malnutrition anemia: especially due to anemia caused by weakness of spleen and stomach and dysfunction of digestion and absorption, Codonopsis pilosula has a good blood-enriching effect.
Caution: use with caution for those with qi stagnation and excessive internal heat; Does not apply to veratrum nigrum.
