Sheng 'an Village is located in the west of Datang Town Government, which was formed by the merger of the original Sheng 'an Village and Xin 'an Administrative Village. The village committee is 28.62km 2 away from the seat of the town government 12km, bordering on Taiyang Township, Huishui County. There are 14 villagers' groups 48 1 household with 2,292 people. Sheng 'an Village is a village inhabited by ethnic minorities, with a population of 1689, accounting for 75% of the total population. The area of cultivated land in the whole village is 1448.24 mu, of which cultivated land is 1234.34 mu.
