Where are the eight points of the human body?

Axillary, eye socket, neck socket, elbow socket and foot socket are the eight nests of human body.

① Eight nests refer to pressing eye sockets to soothe the nerves and relieve headaches.

② Eight nests refer to pressing the cervical fossa to relieve the pharynx.

The cervical fossa is the tiantu point, which is the ren meridian point, located four inches below the cervical node and throat, and in the middle of the suprasternal fossa. It has the functions of widening diaphragm, regulating stomach, lowering adverse flow and regulating qi.
