How to use moxa sticks?
At present, there are four methods of moxa sticks commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine: direct moxibustion, hanging moxibustion, moxibustion with moxibustion apparatus and moxibustion with objects separated. 1. The first usage: direct moxibustion.

3. Indirect moxibustion.

Indirect moxibustion, also known as "isolated moxibustion", is a moxibustion method of placing something between the skin and moxa sticks. As an interval, there are generally ginger, garlic, salt, medicine and so on. They are called ginger-separated moxibustion, garlic-separated moxibustion, salt-separated moxibustion and medicinal moxibustion. Because different intervals have different therapeutic effects.

4. Hanging moxibustion.

Hanging moxibustion is moxa stick moxibustion, that is, long cylindrical moxa stick moxibustion rolled up with moxa wool. Hang the lighted moxa stick at a distance of 2-3 cm from the skin of the moxibustion site. If it hurts, you can adjust the height before baking. Moxibustion lasts for 5 ~ 10 minutes each time, and the degree is that the skin feels warm and does not burn the skin and blush. This moxibustion time is used for common health care and common diseases, and needs to be adjusted for some friends who have been moxibustion for the first time and have been moxibustion.
