If we can persist for three months, we can reach the second stage. In fact, the second stage will be with you every day.

Standing at the second level, I can't stand loneliness.

Requirements for high-quality standing piles: you must stand quietly in a quiet environment, and you can't watch TV or listen to music when standing.

High-demand piling or distracted method. You should keep your thoughts in your heart and don't think about them. Distraction in all directions will also have a great influence.

Under these requirements, if you are a person who can't stand loneliness and can't be alone, maybe you can persist for a day or two, but you will be defeated in less than half a month.

It's easy to find a quiet environment without watching TV or listening to music. However, it's hard to keep your heart inside without thinking. I stood on the pile for more than a year last year, but I did it internally without thinking about it.

But once the above requirements are met, the harvest is also full, and the people who taste it are also complacent.

If you can meet the requirements of the first kind of high-quality piling and persist for more than three months, you may still feel the existence of qi during this period, which may change your understanding of the whole world.

Stop at the third level, stop unexpectedly.

If you persist in standing for more than 10 days because of a special event or life, you may collapse later. I stood for more than a year, and then I stopped working overtime at the beginning of 16, and I haven't answered it yet.

Even standing for more than a year has greatly improved my sub-health. By the physical examination this summer, all my indicators were normal, and I basically didn't have a cold or fever during the period. Alas, it's a pity that I didn't stop.

Of course, when you can stand for two or three years, even if you stop, it is not so difficult to really pick it up again. Because after all, there is that foundation, if you want to pick it up, you only need to endure the suffering of the first ten and a half days and you can continue to stand carefree.

People don't realize it (including myself) because they don't understand it and don't personally appreciate its benefits.
