Health-preserving efficacy of Mongolian wine
Mongolian wine is the best food that can warm the body, stimulate appetite, broaden the mind, accelerate blood circulation, eliminate joint pain, regulate qi and soothe the nerves. Mongolia is cold, windy and dusty, nomadic, scattered and has long working hours in the field. Especially in winter, when people go out to work, they need to drink a few glasses of wine to keep warm and cold, so they often bring some wine for backup. Guests coming from afar should warm their drinks. Wine originally refers to milk wine. Later, a large number of grain-brewed wines entered Mongolia. After drinking it, people found that the wine made people bad and there was alcoholism. Some people drank too much wine brewed from grains and died. In this way, the Mongols called the grain wine "Harry Ali Black", that is, black wine.
