My cloud is actually a computer with linux system. When downloading and installing setup.app from wd, you will be asked to set the account name and login password of My Cloud. This is the registered user name and password. Generally, there is a super administrator account of admin by default. So:

1, you can use the super administrator account to cancel the login password.

2. You can reset the password. For details, please browse the official Chinese website of Western Digital, click Support, and then click Download. Then select Personalized Cloud Storage, and then select My Cloud. Click [User Manual] in the options, and there are instructions on how to reset the equipment on page 103.
