Steps of the old goose pot
1. Half an old goose was chopped.
Cut two pieces of goose blood (duck blood can also be used) into thick slices.
Add half water to the pot and cook more wine!
Add goose blood, blanch, drain and put into the pot.
2. Water that has just been boiled with goose blood. Add the goose pieces, blanch and drain for later use!
When the pot is hot, add a proper amount of rapeseed oil, and stir-fry the pepper, garlic and ginger with a small torch. Add goose and stir-fry over high fire.
Stir-fry for a while, add a little hot pot seasoning and two spoonfuls of Laoganma Chili sauce.
One and a half spoonfuls of chicken essence, three spoonfuls of salt (one spoonful of seasoning box), six crystal sugar and two star anise. Stir fry and put in a bottle of beer.
3. Pour all the ingredients into the pot, add goose blood, cover the pot and bring to a boil.
Stew slowly for more than an hour, and the old goose will not rot easily. The more stewed, the more fragrant!
4. The stewed old goose slowly collects the juice, and it is fragrant when sprinkled with green garlic!
5. Spicy old goose pot!
