There are two good postures for sleeping:

You can also make tea with Schisandra chinensis (don't drink too much before going to bed), order some light incense, carnation, sandalwood and bodhi, and see your personal hobbies!

Don't cover it too thick when you sleep. If your heart is broken, you won't have a good rest.
