I. Application conditions

(5) Admission

The admission of non-commissioned officers for directional training is arranged in the pre-approved specialist section, and the minimum control score line for higher vocational (specialist) admission is implemented. Third, joint culture.

(3) Graduation

Those who pass the internship and meet the graduation conditions of relevant colleges and universities are allowed to graduate, and will not return to colleges and universities after graduation, and the colleges and universities will directly handle the graduation related procedures. The education department should take advantage of the favorable opportunity of the college entrance examination to fill in the volunteers, increase the publicity of the recruitment policy, and encourage outstanding students to apply for the exam. Large recruitment units and training institutions should establish a long-term cooperation mechanism, organize the signing of training agreements, study and formulate training programs, clarify training objectives and tasks, and strive to improve the quality of directional training.

Candidates who apply for the orientation training of noncommissioned officers and pass the physical examination and political assessment, but have not been admitted to the enrollment institutions, can apply for compulsory soldiers and be given priority under the same conditions.
