The development of history
After 1978, Shaanxi Province listed the Huangdi Mausoleum as a key maintenance and repair unit, and successively carried out the construction of 1984 and 1987 two phases. Since 1980s, a large number of compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and overseas Chinese have come to Qiao Shan, not far from Wan Li, to pay homage to the Mausoleum of the Yellow Emperor. 1988, Chairman of the Central Military Commission of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Deng Xiaoping wrote an inscription for the Mausoleum of the Yellow Emperor: "descendants of the Yellow Emperor".
Since 1992, the Huangdi Mausoleum has been extensively renovated in Shaanxi Province.
From 1994, every year, the state will make a special trip to Shaanxi to participate in public sacrifice activities. The supremacy, continuity and uniqueness of Shaanxi Huangdi Mausoleum Festival have been unanimously recognized by Chinese at home and abroad.
