Lawyer Qiu reminds consumers that if they can't receive the courier, they must say hello to their family or friends in advance and describe the goods received clearly to avoid being cheated because of the mistake. As long as consumers refuse packages of unknown origin, scams cannot form a complete chain and naturally fail.

Lawyer Qiu said that the received package is regarded as consumer approval in principle. If consumers want to return goods, they must find the seller according to the contract law. However, there is a real problem. It is difficult to contact the seller of this suspicious package, so there is no way to return it.

Lawyer Qiu reminded that although this small package from 20 yuan to 40 yuan cannot be filed in the public security department, consumers still have to report it to the express delivery place and put it on record. When the fraud reaches a certain amount, the police can handle the case together and find out who the sender is through investigation.
