☆ Suitable food:
Duck, lean meat, pigskin, bird's nest, mung bean, wax gourd, sesame, lotus root, Malantou, Chinese cabbage, auricularia auricula, tremella, tofu, peach, watermelon, cucumber, lily, yam, turtle, milk and jellyfish. Duck and bird's nest are very good.
☆ Suitable for medicated diet:
(1) Fried yam slices: 100g yam, 2 shallots, 1 garlic sprout, a little ginger slices, vinegar, sesame oil and salt.
