Raising pigs is a traditional industry that practices water. Thousands of families have breeding habits and experience, suitable climate, superior geographical conditions, abundant resources and sufficient forage, which are suitable for breeding and grazing. In recent years, pig production has developed into the leading industry in our county, and the county party Committee and government have vigorously developed pig industrialization. The pig production in our county mainly has the following characteristics: First, the total amount is increasing. 1999, the county's pig production reached 1 10,000, an increase of 34% compared with 1996 before pig industrialization, and 535,000 pigs were slaughtered, an increase of 32% compared with 1996. Promoting the industrialized management of live pigs has promoted the increase of farmers' income and the development of rural economy in our county. During the period of 1996, the series output value of pig industrialization in the county reached1200 million yuan, an increase of 48% compared with 1996. Farmers increase their net income from pig industrialization every year, and pig industrialization provides 25 million yuan in tax revenue every year, earning more than $ 10 million through export. We will always focus on large farms and large households, and vigorously build the "Thousand Hundred" project, that is, counties will focus on 1 10,000 farms, towns will focus on 100 farms, villages will focus on 100 farms (households), and groups will focus on 10 large households. Especially, driven by the two "scale breeding demonstration fields" of Changliu and Scattered Flowers, a number of specialized farms, specialized villages and specialized households came into being, gradually forming the regional economic characteristics of "one industry in several townships and one product in one village". 1999, there are 5 pig-raising bases (farms) with more than 10,000 heads, 28 pig-raising farms and households with 1,000 heads, 6 pig-raising farms and households with more than 100 heads18, and large-scale pig-raising households 10, accounting for more than 30% of the total output. The group manages 400,000 pigs a year, with an annual output value of 460 million yuan, with 10,000 tons of grain feed processing plants as the leader, and 46 medium-sized feed processing plants, with an annual processing capacity of 250,000 tons of high-quality feed, which can guarantee the supply of pig feed in the county, focusing on five aspects (roads, railways, towns and surrounding counties and cities), breeding more than 8 million yuan, and building a pig trade 19 corn yield in Daling Township.
