Yoga routine
First of all, as a beginner, I suggest you choose a professional yoga studio and practice with a professional teacher. Practicing yoga correctly can bring benefits to our body and mind. However, incorrect practices can easily cause physical injury. Especially the tiny joints of our body, such as knee joint and neck, are easily damaged by wrong practice.

Among my members, many people hold the purpose of losing weight and shaping. Yoga can not only help them lose fat, but more importantly, they practice their body and mind in yoga and get inner pleasure. Yoga is different from other physical exercises. It regulates the body in a gentle way and meditates from the outside to the inside.

If you still want to practice by yourself, I recommend your teacher Momo's pure yoga. There are also teaching CDs with the same name on the market, so you can buy elementary ones to practice together.

In addition, there are many forms of yoga, so you don't have to do them all every time. In general practice, we will only give appropriate poses for different people and different physical needs, which is why I suggest you go to the yoga studio to practice with the teacher. Tell her your physical condition and she will know what posture suits you and what doesn't. There are also some targeted postures, such as menstruation, fat reduction and shaping, decompression and so on.
