The official port belongs to Dagang, located between Dagang and Tanggu, and is under the jurisdiction of Dagang. The planning area of Tianjin Guangang Forest Park is located in the north of Dagang District, Tianjin, 40 kilometers away from Tianjin downtown and 20 kilometers away from Tianjin Port and Economic Development Zone, with superior location and traffic conditions. According to the present conditions and advantages, combined with the requirements of land use, the planning will form a spatial structure with one heart, one axis and five pieces.

According to different functions, the plan is divided into the World Great Navigation Theme Park Resort, Wetland Ecological Leisure Zone, Presidential Farm Resort, Golf Resort, Forest Hot Spring Health Zone, RBD International Style Leisure Zone, Forest Development Sports Zone, Water Sports Resort, Tourism Theme Real Estate Zone and Ecological Landscape Corridor.
