Bing Xin, formerly known as Xie Wanying and pen name Bing Xin, comes from Wang Changling's famous sentence "Friends and relatives in Luoyang ask each other, and there is a piece of Bing Xin in the jade pot". He is a famous modern writer, translator and social activist. Born in 1900, died in 1999, at the age of 99, and was affectionately called "the old man of the century".

His life has not only made due contributions to China's social culture and the cause of women and children, but also provided people with useful reference and valuable enlightenment in health preservation.
