Tao Te Ching said: The reason why a wise man is not ill (there is nothing wrong with him) is that he can recognize his own shortcomings and immediately take action to change them, so all diseases are not born.
For us ordinary people's bodies, we should always be aware of physical defects and diseases, and immediately use the best health preservation methods (such as breathing up and down) to repair our health, in order to finally "not get sick."
First, after a small Sunday, you can not get sick.
In ancient China, martial arts masters had to get through the most important lifelines of the human body: Ren meridian in front and Du meridian in the back. As a Chinese doctor, I found that if ordinary people or patients can get through the two most important channels, it is equivalent to getting through the input pipeline of "vitality" to the human body, which can make the body get better soon.
In fact, this is an important health care method recognized by famous doctors in past dynasties.
Ren meridian in front is actually very easy to distinguish. There are two important acupoints in the chest, one is the navel (known as "Shenque point" academically) and the other is the acupoint in the middle of the breast, known as "Zhongshan point". Connecting these two important points of the human chest with a line is "Ren Mai". Good memory, right? Moreover, on this meridian, there is also a well-known health point-Dantian (3 inches below the navel, the technical term is "Guanyuan").
Knowing Ren meridian, it is easy to think of another life line-Du meridian. Ren meridian is in the chest, so the meridian corresponding to Ren meridian on the back is Du meridian.
Some people may ask: Is it too exaggerated to say that Ren and Du meridians are the "lifelines" before and after the human body? Is it really that powerful?
Of course, in the specific method of keeping in good health in TCM, if a person can use qi to get through before and after the second pulse of Ren Du, it is called "getting through Sunday", that is to say, through the practice of keeping in good health, the qi of the human body flows along the ring formed by the second pulse of Ren Du and the spring water, so that "qi is born from this, and illness is relieved"
Why does Ren Du 'er pulse have such an important health preserving function? This should start with Zhang Xichun, a famous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine who is known as "the first person in modern medicine in China", because he can make everyone use the theory of "four qi regulating the spirit" in Huangdi Neijing to carry out health care of ren meridian and du meridian, and the effect is even better than medicine!
If you don't believe me, look at three medical record stories told by Zhang Xichun in his book "The Introduction of Medical Science to the West":
Some people occasionally feel cold on the road because of something going north. It suddenly occurred to me that Mr. Zhang Xichun mentioned "refining qi to cure diseases" in the medical books, so he tried to "inhale from the lower breath" in the car. After walking for about 30 miles, he felt refreshed and relaxed, and the cold suddenly disappeared without a trace.
A patient suffered from severe diarrhea that could not be cured many times. He suspected that there was no cure. Later, Zhang Xichun taught patients the method of "breathing down and inhaling up". After only four or five days, he felt that his originally cold abdomen became warm. After a period of time, the persistent ailment was finally cured.
Another patient is seriously ill. He is out of breath and can neither sit nor lie down. It is useless to take many drugs. Later, Zhang Xichun told him the method of practicing qi to cure diseases. A year later, I felt that Tian Chan was always warm and full of calories, and the disease that had been bothering me for many years quickly recovered. The patient sighed with emotion: "The secret of medical forest is almost the essence of heaven and earth!" Who can be a person who doesn't know the opportunities of nature? Be careful, keep it a secret, and don't tell anyone! "
Second, the method of downward call and upward attraction.
This regimen, which is better than medicine, is actually very simple, that is, the "downward breath and upward breath" mentioned in the medical record:
When breathing, just let "exhale" and "inhale" correspond to "Ren meridian" and "Du meridian" respectively.
one
When exhaling, let the breath drop from the top (the "middle" position between the two breasts) to the bottom (the navel is also the position of Shenque) and then to the position of Dantian;
two
Then, when inhaling, let the breath follow the direction of the back du meridian, from bottom to top of the head.
In other words, let the breath flow along the circle formed by Ren and Du meridians.
Zhang Xichun once described its magical effect like this: "Covering the Du meridian can cure the diseases behind it; Tongren pulse can cure diseases in front of the body; The governor is in charge, full of vitality and mental health. At this point, you can live forever. "
The only thing to pay attention to is "call it down and suck it up". In this way, qi can circulate in the two channels of Ren Du without pressing the acupoints of Ren Du, and it can be turned into true qi repeatedly. Although the acupoints are not pressed, the qi and blood at 100 acupoints are naturally smooth, as the Huangdi Neijing said: "With the true qi, can the disease be cured?"
Some people may ask, does the "breathing ascending method" only nourish the qi in the "essence", but not the essence? In fact, essence, qi and spirit are trinity, interdependent, one glory and one glory, one loss and one loss.
As the classic of Chinese medicine "Analogy" said: "Refine qi, gasify spirit. Therefore, the essence of the body, the Lord of the spirit, and the home of the shape. " After a hundred years' inheritance, a good health care method can fully nourish the "spirit" of the human body, rather than being partial.
Zhang Xichun himself realized the true meaning of Neijing and devoted himself to practicing this regimen. As a result, his body began to feel weak in his forties. After practicing this kind of gas therapy, my energy and physical strength did not decline until I was in my seventies.
At the age of 73, Zhang Xichun wrote an article entitled "Doctors should use the power of meditation to understand philosophy", aiming at the majority of Chinese medicine practitioners, advocating the use of the power of meditation and the method of "calling down and sucking up" to achieve the effect of "being smart and understanding the Tao" and "adjusting prescriptions with drugs and using them at will". And I use this method to help many patients who have been ill for a long time, so that they can regain their vitality and embark on a healthy road.
Tao Te Ching says: The reason why a wise man is not ill (there is nothing wrong with him) is that he can recognize his own shortcomings and immediately take action to change them, so he will not suffer from all diseases.
For the health of ordinary people, we should always be aware of physical defects and diseases, and immediately use the best health preservation methods (such as breathing up and down) to repair our health, so as to finally achieve "not getting sick."
Third, how to call Xiao Sunday?
How to spend a small Sunday? Taoist books have the standard of understanding Sunday, and I have my own practical experience. First of all, let's talk about martial arts, not to mention greed with ideas, because it is impossible to lead the spirit with ideas. I asked you, "Where are you going to get angry?" "What is the position of Ren Du Er Mai?" You only know that it is in the middle of the body, coming up from the back middle part and going down from the front middle part, but you don't know the specific location of Ren Du Er Mai. How deep and shallow is it? How wide and narrow? You don't know.
In this way, whether it is "before turning back" or "after turning forward", whether it is "before turning male" or "before turning female", we don't have to argue about it anymore. We don't know where the second pulse of Ren Du is. As a result, I turned around for a long time, and that little stingy was wandering outside the meridians, rubbing my muscles, feeling hot and thinking it was angry. In fact, it is energy consumption. Friction generates heat. Vitality is used to survive. Your vitality is consumed in exercise, not in meridians.
Then you have to ask, how do I know where my "little Sunday" is? Then it is necessary to "do not help, do not help out of nothing." First of all, it is based on this. "False" refers to delusion, or hope to get the help of unrealistic subjective consciousness and let it produce itself. This process involves the location of Xiadantian.
Where is Xia Dantian? There are many sayings. Some say "in the navel", some say "between the navel and the Ming gate", some say "before seven and after three" or "before three and after seven", some say "three inches below the navel", some say "one inch below the navel", "one inch below the navel" and "one inch below the navel", and some say "Guan Yuan" and "Yes". So where is Tian Dan? It's in that part of your middle school. What place? I don't know, it will happen, it will tell you by itself.
If you know first, it is often wrong. Because everyone's waist length is different and their fat is different, the position of the resultant point of abdominal gas back pressure cannot be the same. How was Xia Dantian formed? That is, when you focus on the next abdomen, your breath is constantly compressed in the next abdomen. In the process of compression, according to the theory of physical thermodynamics, "heat should be released in the process of gas compression and volume reduction". So when you stay in your abdomen, you will feel hot. When the gas is further compressed to a certain extent, the gaseous state will be transformed into liquid state, such as liquid nitrogen and liquid oxygen, which is obtained in this way; This can produce semen, body fluids and so on. After being heated, the liquid can only evaporate and vaporize, releasing heat in the process of volume reduction.
At this time, it will be pressed to a certain extent. You will feel full around your waist and stomach. When gas is compressed, it will expand around. Around your waist, the muscles in your abdomen have an elastic force, and the position of the resultant point of this elastic force is Xiadantian. The exact location is a little different for everyone. Because some people have drooping internal organs, while others don't. Probably can't be measured by the methods of "before seven after three" and "before three after seven". Some tycoons have very big bellies. In the position of "first three and then seven", the first three bellies are all fat. If the abdomen is in fat and there is no blood circulation in fat, how to practice? (Laughter) That doesn't make sense. So everyone should practice according to their own specific situation, and it will produce itself.
As mentioned above, after the gas expands, the rebound force is pushed back, and it continues to expand, and the rebound force is pushed back, and so on, and finally the energy is gathered at the resultant point. When energy is concentrated to a certain extent, it will produce a thing, or "squeeze out" a thing. This is "Qi". When the pressure continues to press down, the running direction of this mass body is naturally the weakest part with the least resistance. Where is the least resistance on the human body? This is the meridian.
This place has the smallest resistance and the largest current. This is just the weakest link. When the pressure expands to a certain extent, squeeze this place out first, then enter the meridian and run along it. At this time, I went to the tail, went to the tail and turned a corner, and then turned back. This bend is very urgent. For example, the hose for watering flowers is far from the faucet, so the water source must be cut off. In order to save water, the hose can be folded back to reduce the flow area of water and stop the flow of water, thus achieving the purpose of temporarily cutting off the water source. Then you can turn off the tap with a pipe. The reason is exactly the same, because the tail curve is too sharp for gas to pass through. There is a very thin and narrow seam in this place, which must be pushed open.
At this time, everyone will leave it alone and continue to refuel and deflate in Xiadantian. When you are full of gas, it will naturally pass. It's like a high-pressure faucet for fire fighting. If you want to bend it, neither of you can. Because the energy rushes forward, the power is great-that is, the pressure should be enough. At this time, as long as you continue to pump air into the lower abdomen and play enough, this "fold" will be opened. As soon as it is opened, the breath comes up, the volume of the gas increases, and the pressure per unit average area decreases-it can't reach the back of the waist. If the pressure is not enough, you need to continue refueling.
When you pump up to a certain extent, you will feel pain in your back, because this place often sits, and a relatively flat head is stuck there. It needs to be pressurized. When the strength is enough, the channel is torn at once, and the "pulley gap" is over. After that, the gas rises again, the volume increases again, and the pressure per unit average area decreases again-to the back neck. There is also the occipital bone, and the meridian passage is relatively narrow, which is the most sad "pass" and needs to continue to cheer up in Xiadantian. As before, as long as the pressure is big enough, you can pass, but if the pressure is not big enough, you can't pass. I was so angry that my neck was sore, I had a headache and my head was buzzing. At this time, massage, acupuncture and taking any medicine are useless, and I feel very uncomfortable. And you're sitting there against your stomach, regardless of the pain.
When the pressure reaches enough, there will be a special feeling: when the pressure is not enough, it hurts badly and continues to pressurize. When the pressure reached that moment, I suddenly felt that my head and body were infinite, as if there was nothing in my body, and I felt particularly comfortable. At the same time, I also found a feature. I inhale through my nose, but I don't breathe. It seems that I can't breathe for half an hour. If you want to exhale, you can still breathe after trying to exhale for a long time. At this time, I entered a state of "fetal interest". This is "Little Sunday".
Xiao Sunday said, "It is inevitable to enter the fetal interest." The Taoist book makes it very clear. Xiao Sunday is a serial. If there is no "fetal interest" process to tell you, then this "little Sunday" is definitely not connected. In addition, there is another feature. Xiao Sunday learned that he was "not sick"-basically not sick. When "Zhou Xiaotian" is connected, there may still be some problems in the arms and legs, and other problems in the internal organs will not appear again. This is the characteristic of Xiao Tong on Sunday.
Because this air is running, it will walk inside the body, and you can understand the process of its walking inside. Then you plan to follow, and after a long time, you will realize where your governor is. At this time, you are familiar with the running channel of qi. It doesn't matter whether you turn it fast or slow, forward or backward. Qi is walking in your meridians.
This is how Tong came on Sunday-"No mistakes, no help, nothing out of thin air". If you want it from the beginning, it may run in the meridians for a short time, and the result is that your vitality is exhausted. Therefore, "work comes naturally" and kung fu comes naturally. You are looking forward to it, but you may not come. This is the problem of "Xiao Sunday". According to my own experience and that of some of my students, this is the case.
The above is another explanation of Xiao Sunday. Do you think it makes sense?
