Fujian Health Vocational and Technical College is a public full-time ordinary college approved by the Fujian Provincial People's Government and put on record by the Ministry of Education. It is a model modern higher vocational college in Fujian Province, which mainly trains skilled medical and health personnel in nursing, pharmacy, medical technology, clinical medicine and health management. The school's predecessor was the Nursing School affiliated to Ma Keai Hospital in Fuzhou, which was founded in 19 12. It is one of the first registered nursing schools in China. In 2005, it was formed by the merger of Fujian Health School and Fuzhou Health School. The school opened pharmacy and medical laboratory in 1954, which is the earliest training base for pharmacy and medical laboratory personnel in Fujian Province. 1986 medical and health colleges in the province set up medical imaging specialty for the first time; It is one of the first four higher vocational colleges in China to offer preventive medicine.
