In a blink of an eye, it has been almost two years since I entered the university, and physical education class has been with me for two years. However, after nearly one semester's study, I found that this physical education class was not quite what I expected.

It brings me not only physical exercise, but also mental peace. When Tai Chi's strokes and strokes flowed freely like flowing water, my inner impetuousness and noise temporarily calmed down and I felt a little detached. I think this is also the magic of Tai Chi.
