Zhangbagui Garden Park is located in Luzhou City, Sichuan Province, near the Yangtze River, covering an area of 4,500 mu, including 2,400 mu in the core area of Gui Garden. It is a comprehensive tourist destination integrating ecology, sports, health preservation and leisure.

Zhangbagui Garden is a flat dam along the Yangtze River due to the erosion at the intersection of Tuojiang River and Yangtze River. There are more than 1.5 million longan trees, more than 2,000 litchi trees, 1.5 million nanmu trees and more than 53,000 trees of all kinds growing here. There are more than 40 scenic spots such as Guishui Lake, Longyinxi, Longying Corridor, Shuwangtai and Zhangjia Courtyard.

Zhangbagui Garden Park has the reputation of "Shili Green Corridor", "Luzhou Green Living Room" and "Urban Natural Oxygen Bar". It is a national AAAA tourist area, a national water conservancy scenic spot and a cultural relic protection unit in Sichuan Province. It is the largest and oldest longan forest on the Tropic of Cancer in China, and it is also a permanent green reserve in Sichuan Province.

In 20 10, Zhangbagui Garden was listed as the only "living cultural relic" in the national cultural relic protection list declared by Luzhou City, and it was opened to the public free of charge. The park is divided into nine regions: central landscape area, leisure service area, state guesthouse, planting and conservation area, riverside leisure area, fitness club, festival square, art square and riverside avenue.

In Zhangba longan forest, there are more than ten miles of "ecological corridors" on one side and the Yangtze River water to the east on the other. There is Zhangba Sports Park in the scenic area, which is open to citizens and tourists free of charge. There are standard football fields and basketball courts.

There are 16 public fast charging piles (32 parking spaces) in the south and north parking lots of Zhangbagui Garden. The maximum charging power of each charging pile is 160 kW, and it is equipped with two charging guns. In May, 2023, Zhangbagui Garden Sponge Reconstruction Project was tendered, including pipe network project and wooden plank road construction.
