Compensation standard for work-related injury living expenses
If there is no living expenses for work-related injuries, the employer shall pay the wages of the workers who have been injured during the period of suspension with pay according to the original wage standard. Compensation standard of employment subsidy for work-related injuries:

1, first-class disability allowance: 27 months of my salary;

2. Secondary disability allowance: 25 months of my salary;

3. Third-level disability allowance: 23 months of my salary;

4. Grade IV disability allowance: 2 1 month salary;

5. Five-level disability allowance: 18 months' salary;

6. Six-level disability allowance: 16 months' salary;

Grade 7.7 disability: 13 months salary;

8. Grade 8 disability: 1 1 monthly salary;

9.9 disability: 9 months' salary;

10, level 10 disability: my salary is 7 months.

Identification standard of industrial injury

1, who suffers accidental injuries due to work during working hours and workplaces;

2, before and after working hours in the workplace, engaged in work-related preparations or finishing work by accident;

3. Being injured by violence and other accidents during working hours and workplaces due to the performance of duties;

4. Suffering from occupational diseases;

5. When going out to work, he is injured due to work reasons or the whereabouts of an accident are unknown;

6. Being injured by a traffic accident that is not my main responsibility or an urban rail transit, passenger ferry or train accident on the way to and from work;

7. Other circumstances that should be recognized as work-related injuries as stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

As can be seen from the above, there is no living allowance for work-related injuries, but there is a subsidy.

Regulations on industrial injury insurance

Article 37

Workers with work-related injuries are identified as seven to ten disabled, and enjoy the following benefits:

(a) according to the level of disability from the industrial injury insurance fund to pay a one-time disability allowance. The standard is: 7-level disability 13 months salary, 8-level disability 1 1 month salary, 9-level disability 6 months salary, 10 level disability 7 months salary;

(two) the expiration of the labor employment contract, or the employee himself proposes to terminate the labor employment contract, the industrial injury insurance fund pays a one-time medical subsidy for work-related injuries, and the employer pays a one-time disability employment subsidy. Specific standards for one-time medical subsidies for work-related injuries and one-time disability employment subsidies shall be formulated by the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
