During the normal operation of water-cooled chillers, dirt or other impurities will inevitably affect the refrigeration effect. Therefore, in order to prolong the service life of the main engine and make the refrigeration effect reach a better state, regular maintenance should be carried out to ensure the running quality of the water chiller and improve the production efficiency. The details are as follows:

1. Regularly check whether the voltage and current of the water chiller are stable and whether the compressor operation sound is normal. When the chiller works normally, the voltage is 380V and the current is within the range of 1 1A- 15A, which is normal.

2. Regularly check whether the cold coal of the water chiller leaks: it can be judged by referring to the parameters displayed by the high and low pressure meter on the front panel of the main engine. According to the change of temperature (winter and summer), the pressure display of water chillers is also different. When the chiller works normally, the high pressure display is11-kloc-0/7 kg, and the low pressure display is normal within the range of 3-5kg.

Third, check whether the cooling water system of the chiller is normal, whether the fan and sprinkler shaft of the cooling tower are working well, and whether the built-in water tank of the chiller is normal.

Four, water chillers after half a year of use, should clean the system once a year. The main cleaning parts include: cooling tower, cooling water pipe and condenser to ensure better cooling effect.

5. When cold water is not used for a long time, turn off the circuit switches of water pump, compressor and main power supply of cooling water tower in time.
