Practice of boiling eggs with walnut shell
Prepare walnut shells, eggs, soy sauce, salt and other materials.

Step 1: Wash the walnut shell, soak it in clear water for half an hour, and then dump it (this step is especially important because it will remain on the shell if it is often corroded by acid). Wash the eggs with clear water, moderately, and don't break the eggshell.

Step 2: Put the walnut shell into a health pot at night, cook it for about 1 hour with medicated diet function, and then pour it out to cool.

Step 3: The next morning, put the cleaned eggs into cold walnut shell water, add soy sauce and salt, cook for a set time with the egg boiling function, knock out the reticulate cracks on the eggshell with a spoon, and continue to heat and season with the heat preservation function. If the taste is light, you can put a little salt instead of soy sauce and introduce the medicine into the kidney meridian. Several eggs can be boiled at a time, and soup and walnut shells can be kept in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
