Thinking that there are many colors and lights in the lotus flower of the lower abdomen lights up all the internal organs. This kind of thinking activity should be maintained for a period of time, and try to keep this kind of thinking in practice. I always think that a lotus flower appears in my lower abdomen, or it doesn't. It doesn't matter if you don't come out. It's like thinking about it The light of lotus will gradually illuminate the internal organs, and some people may see their internal organs clearly in the process. If you see the internal organs, don't be nervous and don't be afraid. It may be in your mind or it may be true. Then further adjust the mental activity, thinking that the lotus is constantly opening and closing with breathing. In this process, pay attention to count your breathing times, as many times as you have. When counting the number of breaths, count twice in one breath, that is, count once in one breath. Count the number of breaths of your age and repeat from 1. You can repeat the number of breaths at your age from seven to four or nine, which is the shortest time for the first step of practice. When counting the number of breaths, observe that the lotus contracts with inhalation and opens with exhalation, further adjusting the mental activity. In the process of inhaling, think again that the pores of the whole body are open. The important acupoints and important parts mentioned just now seem to be open when inhaling, and the pores and important acupoints of the whole body seem to be closed when exhaling. If you feel uncomfortable after practicing martial arts in the future and want to treat the disease first, you should first pay attention to the fact that your pores are open when you exhale. The emphasis here is on physical fitness, so we should first pay attention to the adjustment of mental activities, that is to say, the pores and important acupoints of the whole body are open when inhaling, and closed when exhaling. After counting seven to forty-nine breaths of your age, you can gradually enter the second step.

If you practice the second step alone, you can start from the beginning. In other words, the first step will be collected before the second step, or you can adjust your mental activities to do the second step without collecting the work.

Step 2: Adjust the mental activity to the following contents: mainly inhale, and think that the lotus light in the lower abdomen is particularly obvious on the heart, and think that the heart changes during inhalation. When exhaling, you should not only think, but also observe that the lotus in the lower abdomen is opening, the heart is contracting, and the skin pores are also contracting; When inhaling, I feel that the lotus in my body is contracting, my heart is relaxing, and my pores and important acupoints are opening. In the process of counting your breath, it is very important to observe the changes inside with your heart. It would be better if I could photograph my internal organs more clearly in my mind. In this way, if you adjust your mentality and practice until you have a reaction or feel that your feelings are still obvious, you may enter the state of receiving work, or you can continue to practice the third step.

If you practice the third step alone, you can also start from the beginning. You can practice the third step without taking the job.

Step 3: further adjust mental activities. After starting work, we should gradually strengthen our thinking and think of our parents as young and healthy. Generally speaking, when a man practices, the first thing he thinks of is his mother's young and healthy appearance. Before practicing, a woman should think about her father's young and healthy appearance. You don't have to think, you have to think. Imagine your mother or father as a vague image, and then slowly imagine them face to face, within seven steps before you. Then think further, the shadow of this mother or father is basically the same as his own movements, just like practicing with himself. Then further count the number of breaths, including your age plus your mother's age and your age plus the number of breaths after your father's age. That is to say, the training time will be extended now. No matter whether some people's parents are dead or alive, they are all based on their age when they practice. In the process of counting the number of breaths, we should pay attention to the changes of double lotus, heart, skin pores and important acupoints in the body and in the shadow of mother or father. This kind of psychological activity is difficult to adjust. When exhaling, you should not only think, but also observe that the lotus in the lower abdomen is opening and the heart is contracting. The pores of the skin are also shrinking, and the shadow of the relatives opposite is also changing in this way; When inhaling, I think the lotus in my body and the shadow in the opposite body are contracting, my heart is relaxing, and my pores and important acupoints are opening. This idea activity needs a high degree of adjustment before it can be adjusted to a more standardized state. Pay attention to the changes in your body. At this time, when I have a basic exercise, it is easy to feel the physical discomfort of my mother or father in my psychological activities. Practicing this skill is easy to treat relatives, and practicing it alone is often beneficial to the whole family. It is easy for children to cure their parents by practicing martial arts. If you have some feelings at this time, especially uncomfortable feelings, it often means that your mother or father may have similar uncomfortable reactions somewhere, maybe in the past, now, or in the near future. Adjust this psychological activity to seem to see, and you can really see it when you think about it. In this process, don't easily think that you are sick when you are uncomfortable. This uncomfortable process is because it is possible to adjust and treat some diseases for your loved ones, so if there is some pain, swelling or discomfort at this time, it will often have a considerable adjustment and treatment effect on your loved ones. Step 3: In mental activities, after adding up the ages of the male mistress and the female mistress and father, you can practice kung fu for seven to forty-nine times, and then you can enter the state of receiving kung fu. After adjusting this idea, repeat the breathing thought activity of counting your age plus the number of breaths of your mother or father's age. When inhaling, you should think with your mind or observe the lotus of your lower abdomen with the method of internal vision. The shadow of Shuanglian is shrinking; The heart is also double-hearted. The double shadow heart is relaxing, and the skin pores of the whole body and the important acupoints mentioned above are also relaxed like double shadows. Open it and input light, air, foggy substances or other images into the body. It's just the opposite when you exhale. I feel that the double shadow of my lower abdomen is contracting, and my skin and important acupoints are closed. This is the psychological activity that needs to be adjusted in this step. The therapeutic benefits of practicing this step may be stronger than the previous step. Because the practice step focuses on further follow-up treatment and intensive treatment, there may be some other reaction changes. These two steps often need to be practiced together. If you feel obvious after practicing for a while, you can practice the next step.

Step 5: Adjust mental activities on the basis of starting work or entering silence. Now I think of the shadow of another relative on my parents that I didn't think of just now. Men miss their fathers, while women miss their mothers' youthful and healthy appearance or shadow. Think of him within seven steps in front of you and practice with yourself, just like your own movements. The fifth step achievement method just corresponds to the third step achievement method. If it seems that such a shadow has come out, then further adjust mental activities. The adjustment of this psychological activity is basically the same as the third step. It is also necessary to pay attention to breathing in the process of practice, and combine the two, that is to say, count the number of breaths and observe the physical changes related to the heart image. Now the number of breaths is the sum of your age plus your parents' age; In other words, the sum of three people's ages is the base of training time. At this time, the training time will be extended. While counting your inspiration, you should observe that the double lotus shadow in your body is contracting, and at the same time, you should also observe that the lotus in your father or mother with the same posture is also contracting at the same time, and observe it bilaterally. This step is more difficult than the third step. While the lotus is contracting, observe that the heart in your body and the heart of the shadow attached to you and the heart of the shadow in front of you are relaxing, and the skin pores and important acupoints of your body and your shadow, as well as the skin pores and important acupoints of your shadow in the opposite mind, are inhaling. Lotus contracts and relaxes, and pores and important acupoints open. There are many colors of light, foggy things or other images entering the body, and the shadows on the body and the shadows of relatives in the body are moving in the mind. This is a triple mental activity combination adjustment. This idea is not easy to adjust to the standard state. It doesn't matter if you can't adjust the standard state. As long as this idea activity is added, it can be adjusted automatically. In the process of counting the number of breaths, you may feel some discomfort from your father or mother. When a man practices this skill, it is easy to feel some symptoms of his father, while when a woman practices this skill, it is easy to feel some discomfort and symptoms of her mother. However, it is also possible to induce discomfort to both parents. In this process, these reactions should not be regarded as pathological conditions of their own bodies. At your age plus your parents' age, practice seven to forty-nine breaths, and you can take the job. You can also continue to practice step 6 without taking the job.

Step 6: Step 6 is basically the same as Step 4, that is, men think of their fathers, and women think of their mothers' shadows as if they were on themselves. When you think of this shadow on yourself, you need to count the number of breaths from your age plus the sum of your parents' ages, from seven to forty-nine. While counting the number of breaths, observe the changes of lotus plumule, skin pores and important points of the body with your mind. At the same time, observe the changes of lotus seed, skin pores and acupoints with two shadows combined by mother or father, that is, think of lotus seed as three shadows in your mind, and think of heart, skin pores and important acupoints as three shadows. While counting the breathing process, we should think that there are three lotus shadows in our lower abdomen. When we exhale, there are three shadows of lotus opening, three shadows of heart contraction, three shadows of skin defect points and three shadows of important points closing. When inhaling, you should think that the lower abdomen lotus has triple shadow contraction, the heart has triple shadow relaxation, the skin pores and important acupoints are also open, and different colors of light and different foggy substances or images are entering. In this way, always pay attention to deep, long, thin and even breathing and pay attention to observation. This process is easy to further treat some diseases for your father or mother, or treat some diseases for your parents at the same time. Because I have some genetic relationships with my parents, brothers, sisters or grandparents, it is possible to recuperate and treat some diseases in the whole family. So there are some uncomfortable situations in this step. It's normal to feel uncomfortable. Don't mistake it for illness. Practice this method for a certain period of time, and after gaining benefits, you can practice the next method. You need to practice seven to forty-nine times each time. As the minimum standard of an internship, you can enter the work. After receiving the job, you can do other things, practice the next step, or practice the next step without receiving the job.

When inhaling, I think that the lotus in the lower abdomen is contracting, and I want to stand on the lotus and combine the three shadows into one shadow. The lotus in the lower abdomen is also contracting, the heart is relaxing, and the skin pores and important acupoints are opening. When exhaling, you should think that the lotus flower in your lower abdomen and the lotus flower in the three shadows are relaxing, the heart is contracting, the skin pores and important acupoints are closing, and count seven to forty-nine breaths of your age plus your parents' age as the base, as a sign of the length of training time. This step is more likely to be for yourself, parents and other relatives to adjust and treat the disease. All the reactions in this process are normal. Don't treat it as an anomaly, practice for a certain time before you can receive work. You can engage in other activities after work, or you can do the next exercise.

Step 8: The mental activity in step 8 is to pay attention to your exhalation or inhalation. Here, it is best to pay attention to inhalation first, not to exhalation. In other words, the eighth step is mainly to count your own inspirations instead of exhaling, only counting the inspirations of your own age and counting the inspirations of seven to forty-nine times of your own age as a sign of the length of training time. While counting my own inspiration, I feel that the lotus is shrinking; At the same time, if you want to stand on the lotus, the shadow is entering the lotus and slowly entering the lotus. Every time you count your breath, the shadow on the lotus will enter a part of the lotus. After counting the breath of your age, this shadow will enter the lotus. In the process of inhaling, notice that the lotus has been contracting, the heart is relaxing, and the skin pores and important acupoints are opening; When exhaling, I don't pay attention to the lotus, heart and skin pores. I always think that the lotus is shrinking and the shadow is entering the lotus. Counting seven to forty-nine times the age, you can accept the job.

Step 9: The adjustment of mental activities in step 9 is also relatively simple. On the basis of the eighth step, pay attention to counting your own exhalation, not your own inhalation, and take the number of exhalations of your age as the standard for the length of practice. In the process of exhaling, at the same time, observe with your mind that the lotus is opening, the heart is contracting, and the skin pores and important acupoints of the whole body are closing. In other words, in this step, we should further close ourselves, close ourselves, and further cultivate internal strength. After concentrating qi into the body, we should further deepen our exercise. Breathe out seven to forty-nine times according to age. Every time you exhale, a part of the lotus will open, and the shadows of the three images in the lotus will grow up by one year. When you count your age, the shadows of the three images in the lotus will just grow to your own size, that is, your body, as if it were yourself. This is the ninth step of ideological activities. If you collect your work seven to forty-nine times, you need to think further, thinking that you are standing on the lotus. By this time, the lotus has grown very big, either around its own body or under its own feet. At this time, some people may feel very light, and there may be other changes in lightness skill, but it is not easy for ordinary people to do it well.

That's the nine steps. When receiving the work, you must open your eyes, put your hands together, put your palms on your chest, push your fingers forward, open your eyes, don't close your eyes when receiving the work, you can see the distance with your eyes open. Please pay attention to the following ideas. Think hard about your feet first, then your ten fingers, then your little finger, and then your big finger. Next, think about your thighs, your little hands, shrink your front and back yin, shrink your lower abdomen and shrink your waist. Next, clench your teeth, bite your upper and lower teeth together, restore your tongue to its natural posture and rotate in your mouth: the male rotates 49 counterclockwise. If you have saliva, you can gargle with it in your mouth and swallow it slowly. Don't spit it out. In qigong, saliva is called golden jade liquid. Don't spit it out, swallow it slowly, which can help digestion or treat pharyngitis or other diseases. Then push hard with your hands, push all over your body, as if your body is shaking, push hard with your hands and do your best. A clenched tooth. Next, I quickly rubbed my hands, which was hot. At this time, the body can move freely, so don't sit too standard. After rubbing your palms, your palms are facing your eyes and your palms are next to your face. You can also separate it a little. Think about the light in your palm. The whole body light enters the eyes through the palm of your hand, protecting and improving your vision. Then put your hand next to your face and take a deep breath. Rub it to Baihui point in the middle of the head, then rub it down, exhale, rub it under the jaw, put your hands together, and then rub it up. Do this about six or seven times. Men can do it seven times and women can do it six times. It doesn't matter if it exceeds this number. Take a deep breath. Take a deep breath like yawning When you feel more awake, your hands will cross, your hands will cross. The man's left hand is outside and the woman's right hand is outside. Put your hand on your navel and use a little force. Think about the whole body's light entering the navel through the palm of your hand, and then think about the lotus and shadow that I just thought of and all the light entering the navel of Japan. There is a point in the navel that shines, and think about the light rotating around the navel. Men rotate 49 times counterclockwise and women rotate 36 times clockwise. But the number of times can also be flexibly mastered. You can move your hand or not. You can just think. Finally, take your hands off and return to your natural posture, even if you have finished your work.
