In the southwest of China and the northwest of Guangxi, there is a fascinating, mysterious and beautiful place with lush peaks and beautiful scenery, which looks like a charming ink and wash landscape painting from a distance. There is a clear and winding river called "Panyang River". The river has been flowing. It is like a dragon, entering the ground five times and leaving the green hills five times. There are many centenarians living in the Pan Yang River valley, and the oldest person actually lived to 145 years old! This is Guangxi Yao Autonomous County, the hometown of longevity in the world-Bama.
Because of work, in a slightly chilly autumn and winter season, we are fortunate to come to this magical place to collect wind and visit the longevity secrets of centenarians. When I first arrived in Bama Yao Autonomous Region, I heard that there is a famous longevity village-Bapantun, where there are a large number of elderly people, so I came here to visit.
Bapantun is located on the Pan Yang River in Bama. Under the leadership of local township cadres, the first thing we visited was an old man named Huang Buxin, the birthday girl. As soon as I walked into the old man's house, I saw a sign hanging on the wall, which read: Huang Buxin, male, Zhuang nationality, born in1March 898 12, in the 23rd year of Guangxu reign of Qing Dynasty, with photos of the old man. In other words, this old Huang Man Buxin is 123 years old this year.
Seeing our visit, the old man looked very happy and shook hands with each of us warmly. Huang Buxin is a little deaf and can't see clearly, but he looks full of energy, moves freely and has a very good memory. We talked with him and talked about excitement. The old man also sang the revolutionary songs of that year to us seriously.
Then, we took the birthday girl from the village to another old man's house. Her name is jutegan, and she is known as the village flower of Changshou Village. Huang Magan, born in 1905, was in the 30th year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty. We see that the old man is full of white hair, but he is full of energy and can take care of himself. He can even communicate with us in Mandarin.
1 16-year-old jute ganhe 104-year-old sister now runs a canteen. Although she is an old man over 100 years old, Huang Ma's mind is still very clear. Customers don't settle accounts slower than young people, and no one wants to give a penny less.
Later, we also visited the home of another old man named Huang. It is understood that this old man is now 100 years old. She once gave birth to eight children and now lives with her 72-year-old son. The old Huangma people now have five grandchildren, and their daughter's grandson also has children, which is a veritable five generations living under one roof.
