How to understand the cultivation of mind, mind and mind?
Whether we keep in good health, run a business or manage an organization, spiritual culture is the most important thing, and this thing is "God" and "Heart". Where did this "God" come from? I think we should learn the classics of the "Axis Age" and master this "God" for health preservation, then we can improve our spiritual realm, improve our quality of life, and live with dignity and happiness. What is the "Axis Age"? In human history, some cultural forms, such as traditional religious culture and ethical culture, have basically taken shape around 500 BC, which is the highest peak of human civilization and is called the "axial period era". It can be said that the culture of any nation in the world reached its peak in the "axis era" and then began to decline. Until now, mankind has not yet appeared the second "axis era". Therefore, in a sense, culture is not more and more advanced. The whole human culture has not gone out of the first axis period, that is, the spiritual and cultural height of the "axis era" is the peak of the whole human culture, at least so far. Therefore, we need to learn these wisdom and spiritual culture. On everyone's cultivation (including physical and mental cultivation), we also find that the culture created in the "axis era" is the best tool to nourish the soul. As far as spiritual cultivation is concerned, only relying on the content of modern science and technology can not guarantee that human beings will enjoy happiness, while the wisdom from the "axis age" culture is a great help to liberate and guarantee people's happiness. Confucianism, Taoism, Buddhism and medicine in our traditional culture in China all originated from the "axis era" of human beings, and no matter which one pays great attention to cultivating the mind. What is a "heart"? Although there are different opinions, they all follow the cultural classics of the "Axis Age". Confucianism says "right". "University" said: "The way of a university is to be well-known, to be close to the people, and to stop at perfection." This is the so-called "three programs", which in the final analysis means "stop at the best"-keep the truest and greatest good thoughts in human nature. Then gradually spread out, "Zhi Zhi will decide later, then he can be quiet, then he can be calm, then he can be safe, then he can think, and then he can get it". Only when perfection, stability, calmness, safety and troubles stop can people feel at ease. Then how to do it? According to the rules of Confucianism, that is "eight items": discipline, knowledge, honesty, honesty, self-cultivation, keeping the family in order, governing the country and leveling the world. So this "heart" of Confucianism is actually a kind heart. Taoists say "meditation". Tao Te Ching thinks that the most obvious thing is "empty and quiet", that is, to return to an empty and quiet state. Therefore, the Taoist "quiet" "heart" is an empty and quiet heart, a natural heart. This "nature" doesn't mean nature, but "nature" is nature, which refers to the true nature of human beings, without hypocrisy and affectation, living in peace with nature, society and others, in harmony with body and mind, and not competing with themselves. Man's true nature is empty and quiet, so Taoism says to "meditate" and cultivate an empty and quiet heart. Buddhists say "Ming Xin". This "heart" of "Ming" is compassion, normality, emptiness and meditation, and it is also the original heart of human beings, so it is called "Ming Xin Jian Xing". How do Buddhists "clear their hearts"? There is a couplet: "outsiders have no definite law, and then they know it is illegal." What's going on in the world is unfinished. Why not let go? " "Outsiders" refer to different people, some people with high intelligence and some extraordinary people, and these "different people" are "lawless". Do they practice? They also have "laws" and should have a basis. But there is no "law", it is "law has no fixed law", that is, there is no fixed law. The following sentence is: "What's going on in the world is not finished. Why not let go? " "What's going on in the world is unfinished" means ending, but there is no "unfinished". Some things are endless, so they are called "unfinished". So what should we do? Then I'll "let it go" This is the great wisdom of Buddhism-"clear mind", that is, understanding the nature of the world and your own heart, then you will not be entangled, you will be able to deal with all kinds of life wisely, and your happiness will be improved.
