2. Prepare a small pot of salt water and soak the washed oranges in salt water for about 15 to 20 minutes.
3. After soaking, cut a knife about 2 cm from the top of the orange with a knife (note that the orange does not need to be peeled).
4. Find a clean chopstick, poke a few small holes in the pulp, then sprinkle a small amount of salt on the pulp and cover the top of the orange that has just been cut back.
5. Put the oranges directly into a small bowl, and then steam them in a steamer together with the bowl (there is no need to put water in the small bowl).
6. Wait until the water in the pot boils, then steam for 10 to 15 minutes. When the time is up, take out a small bowl (carefully scalded) and steam the oranges.
7. Use a spoon to dig out the pulp of the orange and eat it.
