Is washing pulp really true? Is it useful?
From about 20 14, pulp washing began to develop in Chinese mainland, but it has been developed in Taiwan Province province for several decades. As far as I know, Master Qiao Changhong studied pulp washing in Yiwulu Mountain in Northeast China before liberation. With the National Government's eastward crossing to Taiwan Province Province, pulp washing flourished in Taiwan Province Province, and was brought to Shaolin Temple by Zeng Lianyuan in 1998. Please also distinguish clearly. Think about what Shaolin can do with it. In Taoism, it is a method of returning to nature, but it is of great help to the problems of men at present, and it is an ancient martial art.

I've been paying attention to this, too. Tell me about my knowledge of pulp washing.

From a cultural point of view-Zen pays attention to "observing nature, giving people a handle and not writing". From this perspective, if there are no words, there will be no classic dogma. So where does "pulp washing" come from? Moreover, the written language of "Washing the Marrow" is completely Taoist, and there are different ways to explain Taoism. Buddhism and Taoism do not exchange skills. Therefore, this method of relaxing tendons and washing marrow is not a Buddhist skill, and Shaolin has not recorded it for thousands of years. So I think it is more reliable to inherit Taoism.

From the perspective of Confucian classics-Master Qiao Changhong (who has passed away) interpreted the authentic Yijinjing as a three-step (refining qi, refining qi, refining spirit and restoring emptiness) nine-method twelve-point training system, instead of a three-level (triple) training system of Xiaoguan, Guanzhong and Daguan, the "three-level theory" is actually only the first training method in the first stage of the authentic Yijinjing.

Authentic tendon-easy and pit-washing high-order pendulum is a way of throwing heavy objects in Dantian, and waist-hip throwing heavy objects is only a first-order exercise.

The authentic Yijin Washing Meridian emphasizes the cultivation of Qi, the movement of Qi in the abdomen and the guidance of thoughts, rather than the simple appearance and quality.

Authentic Yijin Jingxin method has a special kind of breathing, rather than driving heavy objects to swing gruffly.

The weight of the pendant is not directly related to the control of fineness, which requires complete training and muscle and tendon cooperation. Instead of hanging on the market, you can control the fine clearance and achieve lasting results.

I have read many Confucian classics and talked with a master, so I have these views. Also welcome to exchange and discuss. After all, there are too many detours.

Judging from the works-the works that have practical guiding significance and influence on the practice of Yijin washing classics are: China's True Meaning of Washing Classics, Tan Qingyun's Proof of China's True Meaning of Washing Classics, Gong Jian's China Shen Gong's Washing Classics, etc., all of which are Taoist works of washing marrow (Yijin washing Classics). Tan Qingyun and Gong Jian are both disciples of Qiao Changhong. Many pulp washing institutions in Chinese mainland, to a large extent, use the contents of master Qiao Changhong's works to promote pulp washing (easy entry pulp washing method).

From the perspective of historical inheritance-1 976165438+1October1Master Qiao Changhong gave a sword to spread the story of Qingyun, and became the head of the 34th generation Taoist Yijin Jing.

1998, Zeng Lianyuan, the fourth generation disciple of Qiao Changhong (unorthodox inheritance), came to the mainland from Taiwan Province Province and introduced the Taoist Book of Changes to the Shaolin Temple. They only learned the first stage, but that's all they know. The three levels of spiritual practice system are also inherited and carried forward here.

From the perspective of "climbing the relationship", the largest and earliest institution in China to promote pulp washing (easy-tendon pulp washing method), two stories about the inheritance of pulp washing (easy-tendon pulp washing method) were fabricated in his first two videos. One said that Master Qiao Changhong was a monk of Shaolin Temple, and the other said that Master Qiao Changhong was a benefactor of Shaolin Temple. In fact, he inherited Qiao Changhong's Taoist one-gold washing method. In fact, it was the Qiao family who donated their fields to Sanqingguan, and the owner of Sanqingguan accepted him as an apprentice and gave him a catty of Taoist scriptures.
