Dongguan Technician College is a full-time public technical college established on the basis of Dongguan Senior Technical School with the approval of Guangdong Provincial People's Government and investment from Dongguan Municipal People's Government. It is managed by Dongguan Human Resources Bureau. Dongguan Technician College has Dongguan Dongcheng District Campus and Dongguan Eco-industrial Park Vocational Education City Campus, covering an area of 540 mu, with a construction area of nearly 300,000 square meters and convenient transportation. The content of professional and technical post trial is the teaching of professional courses related to the job application. Candidates will give a trial lecture according to the specified content and requirements, and accept practical ability test and interview after the trial lecture.

The content of the ground work skills post examination is the practical ability test of the applied post, and the interview is accepted after the practical examination.

(1) Examination scores of professional teachers: It consists of the scores of trial lectures, practical exercises and interviews, all of which are calculated according to the percentage system, 80 points (including 80 points) are qualified scores, and the total examination score = trial lectures ×30%+ practical exercises ×30%+ interview scores ×40%. The sum of the judges' scores divided by the number of judges is the candidate's trial, practice and interview results.

(2) Test scores of teaching assistants: they are composed of actual operation scores and interview scores, both of which are calculated according to the percentage system, with 80 points (including 80 points) as the qualified score line, and the total test score = actual operation score ×60%+ interview score ×40%. The sum of the judges' scores divided by the number of judges is the actual operation and interview results of the candidates.

5. Announcement of results: The total test results will be announced in the government information network of Dongguan Human Resources Bureau and the portal of Dongguan Technician College within 10 working days after the interview.

(5) Physical examination

After the examination, the qualified scores are sorted from high to low, and the candidates for medical examination are determined according to the number of people to be recruited for each position.
