Wang Xu, a descendant of Yuemen in Emei and a famous martial arts elder in Leshan, is 88 years old at the age of 200/kloc-0. Mr. Wang Lao 19 13 was born in Leshan. At the age of eleven, he studied Sanxingzhuang, Yue Quan, Qixing Single Knife and Emei Single Knife from Wu Zhicheng, a famous martial artist in the late Qing Dynasty. He studied under Wang Yu, Chen Desheng and other Sichuan Wushu predecessors. Mr. Wang Lao knows a lot about ancient history and martial arts culture. According to the old gentleman, there are many strange people in ancient martial arts. Peng Zu, the originator of the ancient "air-guiding movement" in China, lived in pengshan county, the former Leshan area; Taoist Zhang and his younger brother, Northern Song Dynasty writer Chen Taichu, once lived here. Su Shi insisted on Taoist health preservation and wrote Ode to Health Preservation and On Health Preservation. In the Southern Song Dynasty, the Baiyun Zen Master of Emei Mountain founded "Twelve Piles of Emei", which integrated martial arts, qi and medicine, combined the martial arts of Taoism and Buddhism into one vein, and created Emei stunts combining "pile" with "skill" and "acupoint" with "qi". In the Southern Song Dynasty, the white-browed Taoist of Mount Emei imitated the prancing movements of apes and created their own boxing methods. The book Emei Boxing written by Taoist Bai Mei systematically summarizes Emei Wushu in theory. These formed the Emei School, which is a martial arts system with both internal and external cultivation. By the Qing dynasty, Emei was famous all over the world, and it was in the same camp as Wudang and Shaolin. For example, the vaginas and Taoists in the pig liver cave in Ershan Mountain have deep internal forces, and their fists and palms can crush huge stones.
