If you are a foot technician, you should know that keeping customers waiting for too long can easily attract customers' dissatisfaction and complaints. In case of such a thing, every foot masseur should be responsible for explaining it to customers in order to gain their understanding. Can't say to the guests, "Sorry, this is not my job scope." This is an extremely wrong answer. If it takes you less time to complete the customer's requirements than to explain them, why don't you meet the customer's requirements? Even if this requirement takes up a lot of your time, you still have to meet the customer's requirements, because it is our unshirkable responsibility to meet the customer's requirements, so every technician should try his best to meet the customer's needs.
(2) The guest is always the first.
Foot masseurs should know that guests must be treated equally, and guests of any race, gender and temperament should be given the same service. In the service, try to remember the guests' names, call them by their surnames, and try to remember their hobbies, which will make them feel important. The foot masseur who can remember the guest's hobby is a smart foot masseur, and the guest certainly wants his favorite foot masseur to serve him, which is his glory. But at the same time, don't ignore other guests and try to win their likes. Give the same service to your friends, relatives or familiar guests, and try to avoid long private conversations, otherwise other guests will feel neglected. Don't let the guests hear you arguing and chatting with your colleagues, so as not to cause misunderstanding.
(3) Good for evil
No one demands that the services of foot masseurs must be perfect. What everyone requires is hard work and friendly and sincere service to customers. Even if you make mistakes occasionally, you will be forgiven. Customers want a comfortable, quiet and hygienic environment, so the following behaviors are absolutely not allowed:
1. Picking your nose or nails, yawning, and often looking at your watch show impatience;
2. Smoking, talking loudly, swearing, eating snacks and coughing in front of guests;
(3) Sneezing or spitting useless paper towels, manicure, humming a ditty, whistling, mumbling or tapping shoes, ringing keys, playing with ornaments, etc.
When talking with guests, keep your eyes on each other, pay attention to what you hear, don't look around, always smile, be gentle, be steady under any circumstances, have a warm heart to help others, pay attention to what others say when appropriate, handle it properly, and don't talk too much.
