Taichong point: soothing the liver and relieving depression. Yongquan point: health care and longevity. An Ming: Stay calm. Shenmen point: nourishing the heart and calming the nerves. Zusanli: Tonifying the spleen and stomach. Tang Yin point: improving eyesight and clearing nose.
Taichong point:
Function: Soothing liver, relieving depression and harmonizing qi and blood.
Acupoint selection: instep, between 1 and the second metatarsal, and the depression in front of the metatarsal joint.
Operation: Knead Taichong point downward with your thumb. If you feel sore, massage for 2-3 minutes.
Yongquan point:
Function: regulating kidney meridian qi, tonifying deficiency and diarrhea, and communicating heart and kidney.
Acupoint selection: at the depression of the first half of the sole, the intersection of the head ends of the second and third metatarsal toes and the front 1/3 and the back 2/3 of the heel line.
Operation: Lie on your back before going to bed, with your legs slightly flexed, and your feet close to the bed surface, rubbing up and down for 30 times.
Rosis:

Operation: Knead Shenmen point with the end of thumb and massage alternately with both hands; Press 30 times each.
Zusanli:
Function: strengthen spleen and stomach, regulate qi and blood.
Acupoint selection: located in the anterolateral part of the calf, measure 4 horizontal fingers downward from the tip of the calf.
Operation: Press Zusanli point with thumb or middle finger for 5~ 10 minutes every day, and press 15~20 times per minute.
