Different from the general mixed wine, the wine base used for soaking wine is not distilled wine, but water wine with juice, that is, fermented wine. The production method is as follows: firstly, glutinous rice wine is made from glutinous rice, then the Rosa roxburghii fruit is dried in the sun, put into a cloth bag, and put into a jar for solid sealing and soaking. After cellar storage for 3 months, take out the residue of Rosa roxburghii and eat it. The brewed wine is amber, delicious and mellow, which is helpful for digestion, stomach strengthening and blood circulation.

ginseng wolfberry wine

Formula: Ginseng 30g, Lycium barbarum 500g, Radix Rehmanniae Preparata 100g, rock sugar 4000g, and liquor 5000ml.

Indications: Supplementing qi and blood, it has obvious curative effect on various fatigue and physical weakness such as anorexia, fatigue, night sweats, insomnia, dizziness and low back pain.

Production: put them together in a jar and seal them. After 20 days, filter, and then put the wine into the jar and seal it. You can drink it in 30 days.

ginseng wolfberry wine

Formula: Ginseng 20g, Lycium barbarum 350g, Rehmannia glutinosa 65438+ rock sugar 000g 400g liquor 5kg.

Efficacy: anti-aging, nourishing yin and blood, blackening beard, strengthening waist and knees, improving eyesight, promoting blood circulation and dredging menstruation. It is suitable for patients with physical weakness, anemia, malnutrition, neurasthenia and diabetes after illness. Drinking without illness can also strengthen the body and prolong life. Greatly replenish vitality, soothe the nerves and strengthen the body, nourish the liver and improve eyesight. Suitable for fatigue, anorexia, forgetfulness, headache, dizziness, impotence, waist and knee pain.

Output: 1. Bake ginseng and slice it, remove impurities from Lycium barbarum and put it into gauze bag for later use. 2. Put the rock sugar into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, heat it to boiling, refine it to Huangshi, and filter it with gauze while it is hot. 3. Put Chinese liquor into a jar, put a cloth bag containing Ginseng and Lycium barbarum into the liquor, cover it for soaking 10- 15 days, stir it for 1 time every day, soak it until the medicinal taste is completely weak, take out the medicine bag, filter and precipitate with a fine cloth, add crystal sugar, stir it evenly, then stand, filter and clarify.

Usage: When drinking, you can drink 10- 12g each time according to your own capacity.
