In the long history of several centuries, four families, Ding, Cao, Wang and Liu, who came from a family of imperial doctors, made unremitting efforts to pursue traditional medicine in China while creating and inheriting the Henian Hall, and became famous at home and abroad for their superb medical skills, unique drug effects and good health care, and became the hall of Shi Gankun, a medical sage in previous dynasties.
Therefore, it is well known among the people as "Pill Powder Paste Tong Danren Decoction, Piece of Heniantang". Yang Jiaoshan, a famous minister in Ming Dynasty, praised the couplet of Heniantang "If you want to nourish and prolong life, you must be eclectic", which means that famous doctors gather in Heniantang, famous medicines gather and famous prescriptions gather together.
Heniantang excavated and sorted out 108 kinds of medicated diet, 138 kinds of medicated porridge, 36 kinds of medicinal liquor and 82 kinds of medicinal soup. Most of them come from palace secret recipes and folk prescriptions, and they are combined into different series of products, such as longevity medicated diet and lung-nourishing medicated diet, such as "Spring Wine of the Year of the Crane" in Jiajing period of Ming Dynasty and "Four Treasures of the Year of the Crane" in Wanli period. Inheriting history and creating the future, today's Heniantang is poised for development, and has put forward a three-year development strategic plan ambitiously, with the goal of becoming a strong enterprise in China's TCM health care industry.
Chairman Zang Dongpo said that Heniantang will integrate and optimize the existing resources, and the first "Heniantang Health City" jointly built with Guangzhou Baiyun District Government will be opened. Establish Beijing Heniantang ginseng antler production base in Jilin, and cooperate with large national GMP enterprises to develop new drugs for treating encephalopathy, liver disease and osteopathy. Opportunities and challenges coexist, and as a representative of Chinese culture, it will make due contributions to promoting the development of Chinese civilization.
