3. Stick the steamed ginger slices on your back. Light the rows of moxa sticks, keep a distance of half an inch to one inch from the ginger slices, and slowly move up and down. Usually smoked for 30 ~ 40 minutes. When you feel pain, try to stay away. At the beginning of smoking, some people will feel obvious burning sensation and pain, because the meridians are blocked, and a lot of heat cannot be distributed quickly. If the meridians behind are clear, even if the whole row of moxa sticks is close to the back, you won't feel any pain, only warmth and comfort. Take out the ginger slices after smoking. If the skin under the ginger is wet, the ginger is also wet, indicating that the body is cold and wet. For people with less cold and dampness in the body, ginger slices should be smoked with a lot of green moxa sticks for dozens of minutes, and the skin should be crisp and dry.

4. Stick the ginger slices around the lower abdomen and navel and smoke them up and down for 20 to 30 minutes.
