(2) Compilation principle 1. This construction scheme is prepared on the premise of ensuring quality: construction period and safety: 2. According to the fact that there are few projects under construction in our unit, a large number of mechanical equipment and technical personnel can be put into this project construction; 3. According to the construction characteristics of this contract section, the corresponding construction schemes and measures are mainly considered; 5. Project overview The first contract section of the sidewalk project of Huanghe No.2 Road in Binzhou New District starts from Xinli River in the east and ends at Bohai Sea 18 Road in the west, with a length of about1630m and a sidewalk width of 5m. Construction personnel and equipment will enter the site: our unit will carry forward the style of hard work and dare to fight hard, strengthen the construction organization and management, mobilize our excellent construction team and excellent mechanical equipment according to the promise of the tender, enter the site in the fastest way within the time limit specified by the owner, strictly perform the contract, and divide troops to make various construction preparations at the same time. 2. Temporary buildings for production, office and living: According to the construction characteristics and field investigation of this project, it is planned to arrange temporary facilities for production and living near the line. The warehouse, workshop and my dormitory use prefabricated houses. 3. Power consumption for construction: provide enough generator sets. 4. Construction water: River water is used for construction. 5. Construction access road and construction site: The existing roads used in the construction site are laid on the existing pavement to strengthen protection. Seven. Pavement surface construction 1. The main structural form of the pavement in this contract section is that the pavement structure is compacted from bottom to top with plain soil, 15cm thick lime stabilized soil, 3cm7.5 thick cement mortar and 20* 10*6cm thick Dutch brick. Quicklime must be soaked in water for 7 days in advance. Measure lime strips before paving, and then spread lime evenly to ensure the quality of lime stabilized soil. Use wb2 100 road mixer for mixing. When mixing, start from both sides and gradually proceed to the middle until the mixing is completed. Lime stabilized soil should be continuously stirred twice, and each stirring should overlap 20-30cm to prevent mixing. After mixing is completed, it should be shaped in time, and the lime content of the mixture should be sampled on site. After the completion of rolling, maintenance should be carried out immediately.
