Is it easy to learn Chinese health preservation?
Hello, I am a student of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. As a student of traditional Chinese medicine, I have a certain understanding of TCM health preservation. I think the major of Chinese medicine is more challenging, but it is definitely easier than the major of Chinese medicine and clinical medicine.

? First of all, Chinese medicine health care is a new discipline, offering courses such as basic theory of Chinese medicine, emotional health care of Chinese medicine, acupuncture and massage health care of Chinese medicine. The necessary skills we need to master are:

1. Have the ability to maintain and repair human health by applying TCM theories and TCM health care technologies and methods such as acupuncture, massage, TCM health care, diet conditioning, body conditioning and emotional rehabilitation;

2. Master the basic knowledge of modern basic medicine, preventive medicine and health care medicine;

3. Have the ability of health care and chronic disease prevention and treatment in sub-health state;

4. Master the theoretical system, application mechanism, operation principle and method of systematic TCM health care technology.

In addition, the history of TCM health preservation can be traced back to Huangdi Neijing two thousand years ago. Health-preserving culture is the essence of China traditional culture, and the research on health-preserving by TCM has a long history in China. It is said that "learning Chinese medicine means learning the traditional culture of China", and it is not easy to fully grasp the cultural history of China for two thousand years.

However, it varies from person to person to say that learning is hard. If you love it, like it and are interested in it, then you must have the motivation to study hard so that you can keep learning. But if you choose this major from the beginning, it's not what you want to learn. In this case, it is difficult to persist in this three-year period, so it is not a simple major for you.

And the Chinese medicine health care major is not so boring. Acupuncture, massage, etc. are all the contents of health preservation. In our spare time, we can experiment with each other among classmates, which is also a very happy thing. There is also a sprained foot, which was pricked with two needles at night and allowed to reduce swelling the next day. Is it bad?

What's more, which major is eager to learn now? In my opinion, as long as we like it enough, "love can last forever" and interest is the best teacher. If we like it, we can certainly find our own candy in bitterness!
