Why can't the kettle thermostat connector be pulled off?
Because it must be removed with a screwdriver.

1, the switch connection is hidden in the handle, and the plastic cover is stuck on it, which has nothing to do with the lid. Use a screwdriver to pry it out from the bottom up and you can take it off.

2. Remove the plastic button stuck on the temperature control switch. You can see that the upper side of the temperature control switch is stuck and the lower side is fixed with screws. Unscrew the screw with a Phillips screwdriver and remove the temperature control switch.

3. Unplug the two wires of the temperature control switch, plug in a new temperature control switch, clip on the switch button, re-fix it, press the protective cover, add water, try it, and press the indicator light on the switch, which works normally. After the water boils and steam comes out, the temperature control switch acts and the power-off indicator goes out, which proves that the switch has been replaced successfully.

The electric kettle is mainly composed of a kettle body, a power connector, a heater, a steam induction controller and an anti-dry temperature controller. The kettle body is separated from the power supply, the power supply is turned on when the water boils, and the power supply is automatically turned off when the water boils, so the operation is safe.
