Exercise:

Cooking tips
1. Authentic milk tea is generally brewed with black tea produced in Assam, India. If there is no Assam black tea, you can also use other black teas.
2. Black tea needs to be brewed with boiling water, so that the fragrance of black tea can be completely brewed. The same is true for brewing with milk. Boil the milk until it boils, and immediately brew black tea with it. If your teapot is equipped with alcohol lamp, it can be heated with alcohol lamp after brewing, so that the tea leaves can keep boiling continuously, and the effect is better.
The longer you don't soak black tea, the better. Do not brew black tea for more than 3 minutes. Black tea soaked for too long will produce more astringency. Therefore, after brewing for 3 minutes, you must decisively filter out the tea residue.
