Who can tell me how to form the habit of getting up early?
I also like to stay in bed. By then, I can't stand it. Go to bed before 1 1 at night, beauty and health. Before going to bed, the mobile phone alarm clock will ring 20 minutes earlier than the time of getting up, once every 5 minutes.
