I did it again in the afternoon, and added 12 health guidance methods. I insisted on doing it twice the next day, and the cervical vertebra was actually good!

From the spring of 18, I started to work out with the star Tai Chi team, and learned Baduanjin, Tongluo Exercise, Twelve-guide Health-keeping Method, 32-style 42-style Tai Chi Chuan, Tai Chi Lamp and so on. ? Yesterday afternoon, my lover and I rode out to enjoy the spring scenery. I walk along the "Journey to the South", Taihang Street. The spring breeze is swaying and the scenery is picturesque. I feel that my heart and blood pressure are ok, and I plan to rest for one night before watching. When I get up at night, I still have a backache. Miraculously, when I woke up this morning, my whole body pain disappeared. After breakfast, I was covered in blood and revived!
