3. The rented area of the enterprise must match the actual operating conditions of the company. In view of the housing area and other conditions in the park, projects with high technical content and broad market prospects can be rented for more than 500 square meters, but generally not more than 2 100 square meters. In principle, the area that an enterprise can apply for is calculated per capita 14 square meter (except for professional facilities and equipment or special use area);

4 enterprise development projects (products), intellectual property rights are clearly defined and uncontroversial;

5. The enterprise team has pioneering and innovative spirit, and has certain control ability on technology, market, operation and management.
