Ingredients: 500g of glutinous rice and 250g of jujube paste.
Accessories: sugar100g, water 500g.
Methods: 1. Wash the glutinous rice with clear water, put it in a small pot, add 500 grams of clear water, and steam it in a cage for about 40 minutes to get the glutinous rice. 2. Pour the steamed glutinous rice on a wet cleaning cloth, dip it in cold water, and knead it repeatedly to turn the rice into mud. 3. Dip your hand in cold water to grab a piece of dough (about 1/30), flatten it, wrap it in a proper amount of jujube paste, press it into the shape of a small round cake, and fry it in a hot oil pan until golden brown. Sprinkle sugar on the plate when you eat.

Green tea and red bean glutinous rice cake
Materials:
Glutinous rice flour 100g, sticky rice flour 50g, vegetable oil 2 tsps, green tea juice 120- 125g, green tea powder 4g, appropriate amount of green tea and appropriate amount of red bean paste.
Exercise:
1. Blanch a proper amount of green tea with boiling water, put 120- 125g green tea juice aside for cooling, take out some soaked tea leaves, drain the water, and chop it up with a knife for later use;
2. Mix glutinous rice flour, sticky rice flour and green tea powder slightly, add vegetable oil, cold green tea juice and chopped green tea, and knead into dumplings;
3. Brush the plate with oil, take a small dumpling, knead it into a small ball, then flatten it, knead it into a round piece, wrap it with a proper amount of red bean paste, knead it and put it on the plate;
4. Boil a pot of water in the pot, put the wrapped dumplings on the steamer and simmer for 20 minutes.
