step
1. Dice carrots.
PS: The weight of ingredients is for reference only. Ma Bao, who often makes meatballs, can make them by hand! (Carrots 40g, mushrooms 40g, purple cabbage15g, peas 35g, tofu130g, starch 20g)
2. Pour a little base oil into the pot and stir-fry the carrots.
3. Mushrooms, purple cabbage and peas are cooked with water.
PS: For the convenience of drawing, I cooked it in one pot. Purple cabbage takes about 5 minutes, and peas take 15 minutes. After each vegetable is cooked, take it out separately.
4. Cut the peas into small pieces.
5. Purple cabbage and mushrooms are also chopped separately.
6. Prepare side dishes such as peas, purple cabbage, mushrooms and carrots. And tofu and starch.
PS: The amount of side dishes, tofu and starch is the key! Tofu is used less, and meatballs are not easy to form; Tofu is used a lot, and the baby may not like it if it tastes too strong.
7. It is best to blanch tofu with clear water in advance, which can remove some tofu flavor. Then, crush it with a spoon. I used old tofu.
PS: The amount of tofu should not exceed the sum of all the side dishes at most, and it should be made into the shape of meatballs at least.
8. Mix tofu with side dishes.
9. Adding a few spoonfuls of starch can also help the balls stick together. Add a little soy sauce and salt to taste.
10. Take a spoonful of tofu and knead it into the shape of a ball by hand.
1 1. Steam for 7- 10 minutes. Because the side dishes are cooked, they don't need to be steamed for long. Tofu and starch are easier to make.
12. After the steamed meatballs are cooled, they can be eaten by the baby. If it is used for bibimbap, it will taste even more fragrant ~
skill
Because the tofu is added, the flour is saved, and the meatballs become very soft and chewy, which is suitable for exercising the baby's chewing ability.
Many babies are allergic to eggs or protein, so this time, no eggs were added to the tofu balls. Simply stick vegetables together with tofu and starch to make the shape of meatballs.
